Wont load

Frustrated - downloaded the app with high expectations & great anticipation. When trying to purchase my first nook audio it was first difficult to even find the title for purchase as an audio (had become aware of it via email advertisement from Barnes n Noble). Finally found it - made the purchase - the download was sent to my "regular" nook app. When I tried to open the Audio Nook app it would say it was downloading my books then crash. It has done this several times... even after deleting the app & re downloading the app its self UGH!
Now I have the book - it downloaded in regular library & is not audio. HELP!
